We have four Japanese cooking classes running January to March 2017 at St Luke’s Community Centre in Islington, including a sushi-making session:
Atsuko Ikeda of Atuko’s Kitchen will teach the first two classes:
- Tuesday 31 January 7–9pm: Beginners Japanese cooking
- Monday 13 February 12–2pm: Bento Cooking Class
Noriko Tanaka of the famous Nobu restaurant in Mayfair will teach the second two classes:
- Tuesday 7th March 7–9pm: Fish Katsu Curry
- Tuesday 14th March 7–9pm: Sushi Making Evening
Japanese cooking classes are £5 for Islington residents and £15 non-Islington residents. The price includes the cost of all ingredients.
